Scholarships Available for Student Performers
Local students interested in the performing arts may apply for a $1,200 scholarship to be given at the Ojai Music Festival, festival organizers have announced.
Applicants for the Bronstein Scholarship must be high school or college students residing in Ventura or Santa Barbara counties. To qualify, they must be pursuing studies in dance, drama or music. The scholarship may be used at a school for performing arts or at a summer intensive-training program.
Applications, which must be turned in by Feb. 28, may be obtained by sending an e-mail message to [email protected] or calling the festival at 646-2094.
