Clean Kitchen Air

When there’s a lot of cooking going on, you can probably use a little help getting rid of kitchen odors. The new True Air Plug-Mount Air Cleaner from Hamilton Beach plugs into the wall and has a carbon filter to eliminate odors as a fan pulls them in. It works especially well in small kitchens.

Prosciutto-Flavored Salami Citterio is well known for Italian-style cured meats such as sopressata and mortadella.
