Continental Airlines has begun charging a $10-per-passenger fee to issue paper tickets on routes where electronic ticketing is available. The fee does not apply to tickets issued by travel agents or for groups.... United Airlines, which scaled back its flights after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, plans to reinstate daily flights between Honolulu and both Los Angeles and San Francisco starting Feb. 15. From L.A., the flight will depart at 11:30 a.m., arriving at 3:18 p.m.
