Some of the best bargains in travel now are in destinations abroad that depend on planes to deliver tourists. The price varies by airline (Corsair, Air New Zealand or Air Tahiti Nui) and by date; the lowest prices are generally for travel from January through March or early June. The package includes round-trip air fare between Los Angeles and Papeete, Tahiti; round-trip catamaran between Papeete and Moorea, 12 miles away; and seven nights at the beachfront Club Bali Hai on Moorea.
