Marshall-Freeman Hired as CIF’s General Counsel

Diane O. Marshall-Freeman has been selected general counsel for the California Interscholastic Federation state office.
Marshall-Freeman, a UCLA graduate who was with the Northern California law firm of Girard and Vinson, replaces recently retired Andrew Patterson. She had previously been general counsel for the San Juan School District in Sacramento County and director of labor relations at Universal Studios Hollywood.
