Home viewers of City Council meetings can expect a few different angles on their television screens after the council approved the installation of an automated video and audio system. The city is using $50,000 from a $70,000 settlement with Time Warner Cable to upgrade the chamber’s manually operated television camera with three remote cameras. The system is expected to be installed early next year.
