De La Hoya Signs With Univision
Former welterweight champion Oscar De La Hoya has signed a contract for his fights to be shown on Univision, according to promoter Bob Arum.
De La Hoya has sued Arum in an attempt to break a contract that requires his fights to be shown on Time Warner-owned companies HBO and TVKO.
Arum has threatened to countersue, maintaining that his contract with De La Hoya is still binding.
