Kingston Technology, Toshiba Form Alliance

Kingston Technology Co., a Fountain Valley maker of computer memory products, said Monday that it has agreed to provide worldwide memory support to Toshiba Corp. in Tokyo and its subsidiaries. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Kingston said in a press release that it will work with Toshiba Japan’s engineers to develop original memory modules to Toshiba’s specifications. The memory modules will be packaged and labeled as Toshiba.
