Councilman Norman Z. Eckenrode was elected to the board of directors of the California Assn. of Sanitation Agencies (CASA) at its annual meeting. Eckenrode is also chairman of the 25-member board of directors of the Orange County Sanitation District, a charter member of CASA.
CASA’s mission is to further the common interests of the state’s publicly owned waste water collection and treatment agencies to provide cost-effective treatment of watershed.
