The National Assn. of Social Workers Inc. will host a seminar titled “The Allocation of Tobacco Money in Health Care. Joe Dunn (D-Santa Ana) and Feliz Schwarz, executive director of Healthcare Council of Orange County, will lead the discussion. The event includes brunch.
