Irvine Wins in Overtime, 1-0

Lachelle Manzano scored with 19 seconds remaining in overtime Monday to give UC Irvine a 1-0 victory over Louisville in the FILA Women’s Soccer Classic at Cal State Fullerton.
The Anteaters (2-1) outshot Louisville, 30-2.
Irvine’s Natalie Franklin was named the tournament’s outstanding offensive player.

Toledo 3, Cal State Fullerton 1--Monica Reade scored for the Titans (2-2).
In nonconference men’s soccer:
UC Irvine 2, St. Mary’s 0--Eric Monterastelli had a goal and an assist for Irvine (2-0).
Chapman 2, Cal State Hayward 1--Scott Martino scored two goals for Chapman (2-0-1).
