Gunman Steals Cash From Pizza Shop
OXNARD — A gunman robbed a Little Caesar’s Pizza outlet here Saturday afternoon and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.
The holdup occurred about 3:30 p.m. in the 1400 block of Doris Avenue. No one was injured, Oxnard Police Officer Hector Balderrama said.
The robber walked inside with a dark-colored sweatshirt pulled over his head and pointed a handgun at the cashier, who handed over all the money in the drawer, authorities said.
The robber was last seen running south in an alleyway that runs along Ventura Road.
