The Capistrano Unified School District recently approved offering a Japanese III course to San Clemente High School students for the 2000-01 school year.
The course will include speaking, reading, writing, cultural awareness and Japanese folk tales. The Japanese program began at the school in September 1999. Currently, 30 students are enrolled in Japanese I and 26 students are enrolled in Japanese II. Information: (949) 489-7391.
