Where you want to go is the South Island, Queens-town and that area. The land is out of a fairy tale. I’ve never seen anything so clean and uncontaminated. They have the most amazing lakes. They’re huge and as deep as the mountains around are high. And the water is crystal clear. At the Lake of the Sleeping Giant, there are restaurants where you can go underground and see straight into the lake. You see the biggest trout on the planet. Some get to be like three feet long.
