Capital Pacific Earnings Rise to $2.5 Million
Capital Pacific Holdings Inc., a Newport Beach real estate investment, development and home-building company, said net income for its fiscal second quarter totaled $2.5 million, or 18 cents a share, compared with net income of $1.1 million, or 8 cents a share, for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended Aug. 31 rose 37% to $104 million, which included $13 million from a land sale.
