CyberSight Acquires Irvine’s Nine Dots

CyberSight, an Internet professional services firm in Portland, Ore., said it has acquired Irvine-based Nine Dots, an interactive marketing and consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Nine Dots will become a wholly owned subsidiary of CyberSight.

Craig Holland will continue serving as chief executive of Nine Dots and will become vice president, Southern California, for CyberSight.
