This is a rematch of last season’s Southern Section Division VI championship game, won by Newport Harbor, 19-18. The Sailor offense has been in overdrive since Chris Manderino moved from quarterback to tailback. Irvine’s has been cruising all season, outscoring opponents 215-43.
