TUSTIN
The City Council has appointed two people to fill vacant spots on the Planning Commission and Cultural Resources Advisory Committee. Bernard Miller will join the five-member Planning Commission, which makes decisions regarding permits and community development. Gary Smith will serve on the five-member Cultural Resources Advisory Committee, which acts as a liaison between the council and residents in the historic district.
