Children Can Cast Ballots at Library
They may be too young to vote in the real election, but children can still cast their ballots at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library.
In an effort to give youths a feel for the voting process, library officials have set up a poll at the facility, located at 40 Presidential Drive. The poll runs from 10 to 5 p.m. daily through Nov. 1.
In addition to casting their vote for president, children can vote on their favorite former president, school subject, sport and performer. The results from the poll will be published on the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation Web site, https://www.reaganfoundation.org, and in the library’s museum lobby.
After children vote, they will receive a gift from the library and a voting receipt.
