LAGUNA BEACH
City pavement and concrete workers are putting their usual duties on hold to clean and inspect storm drains.
Two crews will spend at least six weeks clearing inlets, outlets and drains and inspecting the systems. Their work is expected to be completed by Nov. 22, according to Kenneth C. Frank, city manager. Information: (949) 497-3311.
