The Planning Commission is expected to change the city’s General Plan on Nov. 28 to allow for commercial, residential and other development on the former Tustin U.S. Marine Corps Air Station. The commission will meet at 7 p.m. at the council chamber, 300 Centennial Way. Information: (714) 573-3105.
