FOUNTAIN VALLEY
The Edison Co. has offered the city a new five-year lease for the use of land between Warner and Slater avenues. The area is developed as Westmont Park. The current agreement expires Feb. 28. The City Council will consider the agreement at its meeting at 7 p.m. today at City Hall, 10200 Slater Ave.
