Flintridge Prep 41, Sherman Indian 12--Junior Omar Dittu rushed for 151 yards in 11 carries to break Flintridge Prep’s single-season rushing record and lead the Rebels in a Division XIII first-round playoff game at Duarte High.

Dittu’s 1,857 yards eclipsed David Jones’ total of 1,813 in 1995.

“It’s a good thing for Tyler Ebell of Ventura, or we’d have reporters all over Dittu,” Coach Glen Beattie of Flintridge Prep said.

Dittu scored on runs of 35, nine and 74 yards in the first half to give Flintridge Prep (7-3) a 20-0 lead.
