PLACENTIA
The Planning Commission will meet tonight to consider allowing a Wienerschnitzel restaurant to be built at 500 W. Chapman Ave.
The City Council has denied a permit to the business in the past because of residents’ concerns about noise and heavy grease odors, among other problems.
The restaurant’s owner says he has revised his previous plans, and has spent more than $1 million so far on the project in land and architectural plans.
The commission meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, 401 E. Chapman Ave.
