City officials will vote tonight on a lease agreement that would allow the installation of a cellular communications facility at George Bellis Park.
Cox PCS Assets would develop the site which would be hidden from the public and enclosed with a chain-link fence. AT&T; has been leasing a pole at the site since 1996. The 10-year lease would generate $12,000 in annual revenue for the general fund.
