Voter Rolls

Regarding voter turnout numbers: The voter rolls need to be purged. It appears that voters never go away, whether or not they vote. My son has not lived in Los Angeles since 1990, but his name is still on the local voter list. I have even submitted a form to remove his name.
Inactive voters not only skew the turnout statistics but also can lead to abuse. Voters who do not vote should be required to re-register after some period.
