More than 100 students will descend on City Hall today for the 31st annual Youth in Government Day. Students will start with a breakfast at which the Anaheim Evening Lions Club will award one student $400 and two others $100 each for outstanding community service. The rest of the morning, students will observe city staff members. In the afternoon, during a mock City Council meeting, students will discuss how Anaheim can meet the needs of its residents.
