The second summer workshop on sandcastle building offered by the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department at the beach off 1st Street will be 9 a.m. to noon Sunday.
Basic methods used for recreation and competition will be covered, including compacting, shaping and simple detail work. Two more workshops will be held before the Sand Castle Festival on Sept. 9.
