Sepulveda Elementary School teacher and local resident Herschel Hill received an award last week from the Anaheim Angels baseball team honoring his charity work in the community and his dedication to his students.
Hill is a two-time winner of the Santa Ana Unified School District Elementary School Teacher of the Year Award.
