* Graphics Press of San Fernando won a $200,000 contract from the U.S. Government Printing Office in Washington, D.C., for photographic, mapping, printing and publication services.
* Bahr Machine Co. of Chatsworth won a $120,756 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for aircraft components and accessories.
