Directors from the Rossmoor Community Services District are waiting on two more bids for restroom cleaning services at Rossmoor and Rush parks. Currently, district staff cleans restrooms once a day but residents voiced concerns over how well they were being cleaned, said General Manager Ray Griest. A company is being sought to clean the restrooms twice a day, Griest said.
