The Parks and Recreation Commission will start the new year by evaluating the city’s 12 parks tonight. Commission members toured the park system last month as the Parks Quality Control Committee. The committee’s concerns included the removal of litter and graffiti from park equipment and repairs to picnic tables and water fountains.
Residents are encouraged to voice their concerns at the commission’s monthly meeting tonight at 7 in council chambers, 25201 Paseo de Alicia, Laguna Hills. Information: (949) 707-2600.
