Prop. 26
What a tragedy that, according to your Feb. 8 article, the poorer a school district, the less likely that its voters will pass a bond. How sad that the kids who need good schools the most are the least likely to get them. Prop. 26 gives these kids a chance. Vote yes on Prop. 26 in March.
