St. Clare Will Leave FileNet for Nexgenix

FileNet Corp., a Costa Mesa Web content management and electronic business company, said that Mark St. Clare, its chief financial officer and senior vice president of finance, has resigned. St. Clare will leave at the end of the month to work for Nexgenix Inc. as chief financial officer and vice president of finance, FileNet said. Nexgenix is an Irvine consulting firm for doing business on the Internet. FileNet said it will move quickly to name a replacement.
