As part of a state grant awarded to several neighboring cities, 50 oil recycling containers were given to the city to hand out to interested residents. The 15-quart containers, intended for vehicle oil changes, are available at the community safety buildings located at the base of Seal Beach Pier and next to the Albertsons in the Rossmoor Shopping Center.
