New Short-Range Missile Is Test-Fired

It said all of Pakistan’s neighbors had been warned of the test. Pakistan and India tested nuclear devices in 1998 and declared themselves nuclear powers. Both countries possess ballistic missiles with longer ranges than the one tested by Pakistan.
