The Planning Commission might recommend a change in zoning for a 518-acre area south of Irvine Regional Park to allow a proposed commercial and residential development by the Irvine Co.
The commission will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the council chamber at City Hall, 300 E. Chapman Ave.
