Metrolink Hires Executive for Commuter Services
LOS ANGELES — Metrolink announced the appointment of a new assistant executive officer Wednesday.
Tracy Daly, the former assistant general manager of SunLine Transit Agency in Thousand Palms, will provide oversight and policy direction to Metrolink’s long-distance commuter rail service in five counties.
Daly served in various capacities at SunLine, a public transportation system of buses and vans, since 1992 and was an advocate for alternative fuel.
During her tenure at SunLine, the transit system became the first 100% alternative-fuel fleet in the nation.
