STREET CLOSURES
Through Thursday:
* Pico Boulevard between Cherry and Flower streets.
* Flower Street between Pico and Olympic boulevards.
* Figueroa Street between Venice and Olympic boulevards.
* 12th Street between Flower and Figueroa streets.
* 11th Street between Flower and Cherry streets.
Today:
* 4 p.m.-2 a.m. Melrose Avenue between Wilton Place and Vine Street, Gower Street between Santa Monica Boulevard and Melrose and Van Ness Avenue between Santa Monica and Melrose.
RAMP CLOSURES
Through Thursday:
* Harbor Freeway northbound: Pico Boulevard offramp and 11th Street onramp.
* Santa Monica Freeway westbound: Pico Boulevard offramp.
Unscheduled closures: * Harbor Freeway both directions: offramps at 4th, 6th, 8th and 9th streets, Olympic Boulevard and Blaine Street.
* Harbor Freeway southbound: 11th Street onramp.
DEMONSTRATIONS
* 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Reparations rally, Exposition Park, Parking Lot 2.
* 11 a.m.-2 p.m. March against Occidental Petroleum, from Pershing Square through downtown.
* 12:30-1:45 p.m. Forest Protection rally, Pershing Square.
* 2-4:30 p.m. March against the World Trade Organization and corporate globalization, Pershing Square.
* 4 p.m. Million Billionaire March, gathering at Los Angeles Public Library, 5th and Flower streets.
* 4 p.m. Green Party of California protest, Pershing Square.
* 4 p.m. March against nuclear weapons/defense spending, Pershing Square.
* 7-10 p.m. California People of Faith Working Against the Death Penalty vigil, St. Vincent Catholic Church, 621 W. Adams Blvd.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
* DASH buses: Service extended to midnight. * MTA buses: Some Flower and Figueroa street routes shifted to Olive Street or Grand Avenue.
