Poll Ranks Renters’ Favorite Amenities

Home sellers aren’t the only ones boasting special lifestyle amenities to attract buyers. Apartments today also offer such upscale amenities as vaulted ceilings, built-in wine racks and private gardening plots, according to a recent poll conducted by ApartmentGuide.com, which focused on 10 major cities nationwide.

In Los Angeles, the survey showed most-popular apartment amenities to include swimming pools, on-site business centers and garden terraces; the most-requested amenities include covered parking, pools and fitness centers.
