Dog’s Fatal Fall Hurts Man

PARIS — A small dog fell to its death from a ninth-floor suburban Paris apartment, hitting a Japanese man who suffered serious injuries, the newspaper Le Parisien reported Thursday. It said the passerby, 37-year-old Hida Yochikata, sustained major back injuries.
