LMKI Chairman, CEO William Kettle Resigns

LMKI, an Irvine provider of high-speed Internet services, said Wednesday that Chairman and Chief Executive William J. Kettle has resigned. Bryan L. Turbow was named interim CEO, and Barry Hall, who was elected as an independent director last month, becomes chairman. Vice President A. Maria Kettle also has resigned, the company said.

No reasons for the resignations were given.
