Applications are being accepted for the fall session of the state preschool program at the Los Alamitos Unified School District’s Child Development Center, 10293 Bloomfield St. The program is free for parents with certain incomes or other criteria.
Morning and afternoon sessions are available and include a full developmental curriculum for children 3 to 5 years old. Registration is at Weaver Elementary School, 11872 Wembley Road, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Information: (562) 799-4585.
