Street Resurfacing
Due to “misplaced” Los Angeles city records, my street was “skipped” during the street resurfacing program in my neighborhood last year.
Several months ago, due to my emphatic insistence, the city has located the records and acknowledges their error. However, nothing seems to be happening to get things back on track. The Bureau of Engineering says, “Speak with your councilperson.” My councilperson says, “Speak with the Bureau of Engineering.” How does one fight City Hall?
