New Quality Control Head for Linfinity

* Gary Hancock has been appointed director of quality assurance for Linfinity Microelectronics Inc. in Garden Grove, a subsidiary of SymmetriCom Inc. He has been with Linfinity for 18 years, where he has held the position of quality assurance manager. Hancock was previously quality assurance manager for TRW Semiconductor and manufacturing manager and quality assurance manager for Teledyne Semiconductor.

* John Cotton has been named president of Bayharbor Management Services Inc. in Costa Mesa, formerly known as Warmington Development Inc. Also, Tom Koss was appointed senior vice president of the commercial property and financial management company. Both are longtime employees of the company.
