Wells Fargo Names 2 New Vice Chairmen
Wells Fargo & Co. named Joseph Stiglich and David Hoyt vice chairmen following the recent decision by Wells President William Zuendt’s to retire at the end of the year. Stiglich, 49, and Hoyt, 41, become the seventh and eighth vice chairmen and are now a part of the management team. Stiglich is executive vice president and head of physical distribution, responsible for 1,984 traditional branches, including 750 supermarket branches. Stiglich joined Wells in 1971 and worked in Bay Area branches before becoming a district manager in the East Bay. Hoyt is executive vice president and president of the capital markets group. With his promotion, Hoyt will head the real estate and international groups.
