TRACK AND FIELD
Finals in the Empire, Garden Grove, Golden West and Pacific Coast leagues are today, finals in the Century, Freeway, Orange, Sea View, South Coast and Sunset leagues are Friday.
In the Sea View League girls’ competition, second-ranked Santa Margarita will try to topple top-ranked Woodbridge in the finals, which start at 5 p.m. at Irvine High. In the Sunset League, the Marina girls will try to avenge their dual-meet loss to Edison beginning at 6 p.m. at Huntington Beach High.
