Utah Attorney to Run BLM

WASHINGTON — President Clinton has appointed Utah attorney Pat Shea to head the federal Bureau of Land Management. Shea, 48, who is a trustee for the Nature Conservancy’s Utah chapter, has unsuccessfully run for both governor and senator in Utah.
