WHAT’S NEXT
The same jury resumes deliberations today to decide whether to recommend that Rogers be executed. He also faces possible trials in California-for a slaying in Van Nuys-and in Louisiana and Mississippi.

Body Found: In a motel bathtub in Tampa, Fla., Nov. 7.
Cause of Death: Stab wounds.
Status: Guilty of first-degree murder.

5. Andy Jiles Sutton, 37
Body Found: In bedroom she shared with Rogers in Bossier City, La., in November 1995.
Cause of Death: Stab wounds.
Status: Charges filed.
