Deadline Set for School Photo Contest
Costa Mesa High School is accepting entries for its annual photography contest. Students from any high school in the county are invited to participate.
There are no specific categories for the contest and all types of photography are accepted. The only requirement is photos must be solely produced by the student.
Prizes include small cash awards, gift certificates for photographic equipment and a camera for the “photographer of merit.”
Deadline for entries is Friday, May 2, at 4 p.m. The fee is $5 per entry. Entries may be sent to Costa Mesa High School, Administration Office, Attn: Ellen Butler/photo contest, 2650 Fairview Road, Costa Mesa, CA 92626-5599.
A reception for all entrants will be at 7 p.m. May 14 at the Crystal Court. The winners will be announced at that time. For more information: (714) 556-3343.
